Racist Camera! No, I did not blink… I’m just Asian!
We got our Mom a new Nikon S630 digital camera for Mother’s Day and I
was playing with it during the Angels game we were at on Sunday.
As I was taking pictures of my family, it kept asking “Did someone
blink?” even though our eyes were always open.
Sheesh! RACIST! :P

33ft/ 10m TTL Off-Camera Remote Cord SC-28 C for Nikon
33ft/ 10m TTL Off-Camera Remote Cord OC-E3 C for Canon

The TTL Off-Camera Flash Extension Cord is an extremely useful accessory for Canon EOS series digital & 35mm film SLR cameras, allowing an external flash to be used away from the camera. The flash can be located away from the camera and still perform all the automatic functions possible with flash photography. Using an off-camera flash provides the photographer with the flexibility to direct light from a variety of angles, allowing simple but effective fill lighting for balancing outdoor shots or hiding shadows under harsh indoor lights. An off-camera flash is also an effective primary light source when less direct lighting is desired. |
Tutorial video on Nikon s CLS for the SB-600/SB-800 Speedlights
This tutoria video teaches you the basics about how to use the flash/speedlight and its exterior controls (tilt / pan for bounce) and interior controls (flash modes) and a lot of demonstration animations. It is written in PLAIN english to help people to understand what a flash have to offer. Yes, you still need to read the user’s manual for detailed instructions and references. Enjoy!

Note: Sorry for the errors in the video about panning, 22.5º is actually 45º, 45º is actually 90º, and 90º is actually 180º.
