This cord can be used to connect flash units that require a Household (HH) connector for sync to devices that require a standard male PC connector.
The flash units include Novatron studio flash units, most Speedotron studio flash units, Dynalite studio flash units, some Norman units, some Lumedyne, some Quantum, Sunpak 555, Honeywell Strobonars, and many other flash units that use the HH connector. (See the photograph of the flash connector for reference).
One common application is to connect these flash units to an optical slave .
Another common application would be to connect these flash units to the 4 channel V1, V2, or V2s style of inexpensive radio slaves sold by Gadget Infinity, and other photographic merchants.
